Self-powering stretching techniques that teaches you how to recognize and self heal trouble areas in your body that could be keeping you from reaching your next goals.  Personalized assessments and guidance through movement patterns to maximize results.

  • Group Instructed life stretch

 

Step by step instructions provided through various stretches that target different fascial lines throughout our body.  Modifications will be provided to advance the stretch appropriately to avoid over-stretching or accommodate for physical precautions.

  • Game ready stretch

 

Ramp up your sympathetic nervous system for game day by mentally and physically preparing your body for competition.  This stretching techniques gives you that additional edge up on the competition. (bring the music that gets pumped for game day). This technique should be performed 12-18 hours prior to competition and only takes <15 mins.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

(FMS)

  • The FMS is a proven system for screening injury risk for those with no complaints of pain or current injury.

  • Individuals perform common movements to help identify where weakness or imbalances exists.

  • Based on the results of your screen, corrective exercises will be given to reduce risk of injury, improve quality of movement and increase performance.

  • Reduces tissues restrictions that inhibit proper movement and strengthening

  • Improves muscle activation of all muscle fibers allowing for maximum strengthening.
